Job Description: Report directly to Company Site Lead and Government Help Desk lead to support operations and maintenance for the local, regional, and wide area networks and IT Enterprise.
Responsibility: Provide support to the daily administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of the enterprise network assets. Support Automated Information Systems Operations and ADP Help Desk – Tier 1 and 2, respond to trouble calls, document, and track work tickets in ServicePRO. Provide support involving, installation, integration, testing, operation, survey, and maintenance of network related hardware and software. Image new workstations for deployment. Investigate and resolve network connectivity problems using Ping or Tracert, and perform registry fixes. Support Cybersecurity efforts for implementation of STIGs on hardware and software assets such as desktops and printers to facilitate the Cyber Security group. Configure Blackberry’s for users via the Blackberry Enterprise Services. Use AirGap for transfer and encryption of removable media.
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of experience may be substituted, in computer science, engineering, or other related field. Two years of Network Administration/Help Desk related technical experience required.
Certifications and Skills: IAT Level 2 compliant with Security+ CE required and additional training or certification in Windows 7 or 10 operating system. Microsoft Server 2012 R2 training or certification highly desirable.
Selected candidates must be able to obtain a TOP SECRET CLEARANCE.
